We have ordered this Eye Fillet several times and have nothing but a positive response. It was tender and juicy every time which was a big reason for us to reorder. As newly back to Ballarat we are happy to have found a good quality butcher which will also deliver if required.
Perfect for the family
This is amazingly tender eyefillet.
It was very good, but the use by date had been taken off and as a chef of 50 years it was old. I like that l have know problems with it as you know it’s better but average joe doesn’t know that. So be careful putting a use by date on the bag with cryvac products in it because Joe won’t know that. You don’t want to get a reputation like when Maga meats were referred to as maggot meats when that bloke from Geelong ran it.
Very happy, tender and full of flavour, will definitely buy again.
